Horrible customer service - they sent me the wrong items

After a long wait I finally got a package but they sent me two watches when I ordered one and neither of them were the correct watch. There were no instructions or cleaning cloth and the box doesn't even match what they have in the pictures. Also, both watch batteries do not work and neither watch is functional. I immediately emailed them after I got my order and after almost 48 hours no response.

Horrible-never got my item after 3 months

Never received my item and I ordered it in the beginning of October 2024. We are now January 2, 2025 and it’s still stuck in Texas. No customer service at all… they don’t respond to emails and they don’t want to give my money back, so I lost $138 CAD. This company is a shame and scam. Do NOT waste your money on them
